The video shows 'Unable to load video' on Edge or Mobile. How do I fix it?

This issue occurs because your browser is blocking third-party cookies, which are required to load Google Drive content.
Fix on Microsoft Edge (Desktop or Mobile):
1. Open Settings
2. Go to Cookies and site permissions
3. Click Manage and delete cookies and site data
4. Make sure Block third-party cookies is turned OFF
5. Under the Allow section, add: google.com[.*]
Quick fix on any browser:
1. Click the 🔒 lock icon in the URL bar
2. Open Site settings or Cookies
3. Set Third-party cookies to Allow
Fix on Google Chrome:
1. Click the 🔒 lock icon in the URL bar
2. Open Site settings
3. Set Third-party cookies to Allow
